All prints are sold unframed. Smaller prints will be sent in a hard-backed envelope and larger prints rolled in tissue and sent in a cardboard tube. All the prints are hand printed by Vickie Heaney; please be aware that because they are hand printed there may be very slight variations from one print to another. There may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.
Free delivery to UK addresses - All orders sent to UK mainland addresses will be sent via Royal Mail.
All other destinations - There is a flat fee of £20 for orders to all other destinations. All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
Delivery times - I aim to ship orders first class within 3/4 days of receipt, sometimes fog can delay post leaving the islands, but all UK orders should be received within a week. If you are purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please get in touch first.
Returns - Please do not hesitate to get in touch regarding cancellation, returns or any other problems. I am happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to me in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. Prints should be returned to Vickie Heaney at the Phoenix Studios address. I would request that you return the print(s) to me within 14 working days of receipt.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me. I will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.
Receipt of order confirmation - Once you have placed an order on the website you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this please get in touch to confirm your order.
Availability of goods - All items are subject to availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if a print you have ordered is not available.
