My Studio is part of the Phoenix Craft Workshops on St Mary's, just a short walk from the harbour and opposite Porthmellon beach. The studio is a gallery and workshop in one. I am there most weekdays and Saturday mornings, designing and printing the artwork for sale. There are 7 other artists based there as well and we all do something different. We are able to bounce ideas off each other and help out in each other’s studios.
As well as my prints and cards, I sell hand decorated ceramics from my studio. Inspired by Island life the mug, jug and teapot designs are simple but striking. I decorate and fire the fine bone chinaware at the studio so that it is dishwasher safe and a joy to drink out of. Come and check out your opportunity to take a piece of Scilly home with you.
