Payment methods - Payment can be made by credit card. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you. Full title to the goods purchased will only pass to you once full payment has been received by us.
Prices - We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.
Receipt of order confirmation - Once you have placed an order on the website you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this please get in touch to confirm your order.
Availability of goods - All items are subject to availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if a print you have ordered is not available.

Colours - Linocut printing is a handmade process and variation in colour and detail will occur. This adds to their individuality by making each print unique. Original prints are scanned and digitised or photographed. I do my utmost to ensure these reflect the colours in the original print. While every effort has been made to show items accurately on our website, slight variations in colour may occur. There may be variations in colours depending on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.
Sizes - All measurements quoted are approximate.
Privacy & Data Protection - When you place an order through this website your details will be recorded and stored securely with Shopify, your details will not be shared with third parties. Your email will be added to the Vickie Heaney Printmaker newsletter list. If you would prefer not to be contacted just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from the mailing list.
